manager/promoter BC1685-project job offer

Requirements:

• very good knowledge of the musical environment, especially early/baroque music in Europe (festival organizers, managers of institutions/cultural centers, early music festivals),

• managerial/promoter experience in the field of classical music,

• goal orientation, identification with the musical mission of BC1685, ·

• high interpersonal and negotiation skills, creativity,

• independence and responsibility for completed tasks.

Additional:

• musical education – musicology or broad knowledge of classical/baroque music,

•  additional foreign language knowlegde (French, German)

Scope of tasks :

• establishing contacts and initiating cooperation with institutions and organizers of musical life /festivals,

• active cooperation in obtaining financial resources from public institutions and private entities to support the activities and projects of the Ensemble,

• arranging meetings, mentoring and mediating,

• cooperation in creating the image and promotional strategies of the BC1685.

Remuneration:

To be individually agreed/negotiated.
